"We took out a perfectly good working water softener and had the Easy Water no-salt "water softener alternative" system installed and we can tell you, this was a bad decision. We paid a lot of money for a product that did not work. We had white film on our dishes and yellow colored clothes after washing them, just as we did before when we had hard water. When we call them to see what they could do to solve the problem, they basically told us that it didn't take anything out of the water.
