Warren County is providing reduced hard water to the areas below. This water is NOT soft does NOT include the city limits of Springboro, Waynesville or Franklin.

We are now testing the Clearcreek Township water at 9 grains at your home.

They have stated that you can "retire your water softener" which is false and they are trying to justify your new higher water bill. They gone on further to say that "over softening the water may be detrimental to the existing piping and plumbing fixtures within your home" which is completely false and is not backed by science. The bottom line is that you would be very disappointed if your removed your water softener based on this inaccurate information. Consider bypassing it for a couple of weeks and you will see that the water is not soft. They are attempting to justify your new and much higher water rates.
