ENTING WATER CONDITIONING INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by The Seller, Enting Water Cond. Inc. Sending a purchase order or possession of pricing from printed materials from our website does not constitute an order.
- Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Clerical errors in quotations, quotes or any communications are subject to correction. All prices are F.O.B. our plant in Dayton, Ohio or any vendor we may drop ship from. Each box is assessed a $3 handling fee. Any subsequent quantity is assessed a $2 handling fee per box. Cartons for certain products may be assessed to the buyer as well.
- Taxes
All purchases within the State of Ohio are subject to sales tax unless you have proof of tax exempt status. The Seller requires the appropriate tax exempt certification. Any sales tax, use tax, excise tax or import or export duty is to be paid by The Buyer.
- Credit Terms
The Buyer may qualify for a credit account based on a credit application provided to The Seller. If an account is not kept current or other concerns arise for carrying such an account, then The Seller may revoke the credit status of any account. Our terms are net 30, 1% - 10.
- Pre-Paid Orders
Pre-paid orders by cash, check or wire transfer are subject to a 2% discount. Pre-paid order discount will be subtracted from any available Freight Allowance discounts. Credit card purchases do not quality for the 2% discount.
- Freight Allowance
In order to qualify for a Freight Allowance, your account must be current, defined by you not owing 30 days or more on an outstanding invoice. The Freight Allowance schedule below will not be in addition to a Pre-Paid discount if qualified.
- 6 Units* or $2,500 total order = 1.5% Freight Allowance
- 12 Units* or $5000 total order = 2% Freight Allowance
- Orders of $20,000 or more = 2.5% Freight Allowance
* A “Unit” is a complete Water Softener, Automatic Filter or Reverse Osmosis System.
- Shipping
It is the responsibility of the buyer to either pickup the product(s) or to instruct Enting Water to ship the order. The Seller will ship your order with the lowest prices freight forwarder unless The Buyer requests otherwise. The Buyer may make their own freight forwarding arrangements. If you choose your own freight forwarder, you will need to make the pickup arrangements and communicate these to The Seller for pickup between the hours of Monday through Friday E.S.T. from 8 AM till 4:30 PM. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays in shipping beyond our control.
- Hazardous Materials
Chlorine pellets, Potassium Permanganate and materials that qualify as Hazardous will be drop shipped from The Vendor and must be ordered in the minimum quantities that the vendor requires. By agreement with our vendor, we cannot sell Birm or MTM into the state of California due to Proposition 65.
- Freight Claims
The products that ship from The Seller leave our warehouse in good condition. It is the responsibility of The Buyer to inspect any and all shipments for damage. The Buyer must make the appropriate damage claim against the Freight Carrier. We will assist you as required. All such claims are to be made within a 48 hour time frame from receipt of the order.
- Returns
All returns are subject to approval. You must call customer service and request a Return Authorization number that must be written on the outside of any box returned to The Seller. Products past 30 days of receipt may not be eligible for return. A re-stocking fee may be assessed on items that were special order based on a re-stocking fee assessed to us from our Vendor.
- Warranties
The Seller does not extend the warranty to The Buyer beyond the stated warranties from the manufacturer of each component.
Purchasing an item or system from our website does not allow for a field service warranty nor installation unless we agree to that at an additional cost. The application and installation of any products is not warranted by The Company.
- Installation
Installation may be available upon request only in SW Ohio.
